Shipping/Refund policy


Most items are hand made to order and ship within 5 weeks, however during times of high order volumes there may be an additional delay.


You may return your item for a refund or exchange within 2 weeks from the date the item is delivered to you, subject to the terms and conditions below.  No refunds or exchanges will be made after 2 weeks from the date of delivery. Contact for information about returning or exchanging your item. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet one of the following criteria:

  • The item is in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.  
  • The item is verifiably defective or damaged

If your item is verifiably defective or damaged, we will offer a free replacement, or full refund. You must notify us within 2 weeks from the date of delivery of your damaged or defective item along with an image of the item for our records.Those wishing to return a damaged or defective item may choose to keep their item.

For all other Refund or Return requests, the items wishing to be refunded must be returned, with trackable shipping paid for by the returning party. In this case, you are eligible to receive a refund equal to 50% of the sales price, or exchange your item for another item of equal or lesser value. You must notify us of this within 2 weeks from the delivery date of your item.

Please note that this Refund Policy is subject to change at any time, without notice.  Please review the Refund Policy for any changes or updates.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item via a trackable method, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS Priority Mail. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.



  • Due to the hand made nature of many of our items cancellation requests will only be approved due to extreme shipping delays, your order was placed less than 1 week prior to the date of requested cancellation, or other special circumstances.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items


To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Books with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery


Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 3-5 business days.


Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then please contact us at if the refund doesn't appear within 5 business days of your request.


Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be credited to your account.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
